1. Introduction
Welcome to OnePrint. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our custom printing and branding services across the Vaal Triangle (including Sebokeng, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Bophelong, Evaton, and surrounding areas), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
2. Orders & quotations
- All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- An order is confirmed only once we receive a completed quote request together with the required deposit or payment arrangement.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, artwork issues, or unpaid deposits.
3. Artwork & proofing
- Clients are responsible for supplying high-resolution artwork (vector formats preferred) that meets our prepress requirements, or for approving any artwork setup we provide.
- Once a proof is approved, OnePrint is not liable for spelling errors, low-resolution artefacts, or layout issues that were present in the approved files.
- Digital proofs show layout and placement closely; final print colours may vary slightly because of screen calibration and the print medium used.
4. Payment terms
- Unless prior trade credit or a formal corporate arrangement is in place, a 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due on completion or before delivery/collection.
- Accepted payment methods include EFT, cash on site where applicable, and other methods agreed in writing.
- Goods remain the property of OnePrint until paid for in full.
5. Turnaround & delivery
- Estimated turnaround times start only after final artwork approval and clearance of the required deposit.
- We offer collection and local delivery across Sebokeng, Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, Bophelong, Evaton, and nearby areas.
- While we aim to meet agreed deadlines, OnePrint is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, load shedding, supplier shortages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & refunds
- Because custom printing is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has started or goods have been produced to approved specs.
- Manufacturing defects or clear discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can assess the issue and, where appropriate, reprint or correct it.
7. Limitation of liability
OnePrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to any client will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.
